How to view and download the access logs of all remote accesses

The Digital Service Manager allows you to view the access log of a device, search for specific entries, and export the list as a CSV file. This helps you to keep track of who accessed a device and when.

Solution steps

  1. Click on “Devices” to open the overview of all assigned customer devices.
  2. Select the desired device from the list.
  3. In the device overview, switch to the fourth tab “Access log.”
  4. The access log displays all past accesses to the device, including date, time, and user.
  5. To find a specific entry, use the search function in the access log.
  6. If you want to export the list as a CSV file, click on “Export.”
  7. Follow the further instructions to complete the export.
